This house has some awkward areas to get at as can be seen from this shot of one end of the home.
This is the other end of the front of the home - where this project began - after a lot of prep (a great deal of caulking) and the proper plan of attack the job was approached and completed much to the clients' satisfaction!
As you can see this house required extensive prep work before the entire building was primed and ready for paint.
It took some doing, but this family home looked like it should after a real team effort to get it done under some a crunch.
This house really required an extra effort beyond what I ever expected to get it ready for coverings.
It really came together however and everybody was pleased with the final results!
The clients of this home actually had the bottom half of this house done when we arrived for this job - my mission was to get at the hard to get areas and tie the top in with the bottom to complete the project.
I don't recommend attacking upper areas like this one and the one in the previous picture for people who don't work around this type of situation often - great care must be taken to insure not only a job well done, but that everybody walks away safe and sound as well!
Nice bright, clean front decks are a lovely added feature to any home - and a great place to kick back at the end of a long day, to just enjoy the final look achieved.
There were so many white on white houses in this neighborhood - on this block - that the clients finally felt a change was in order!
The color choices decided on speak for themselves - nice clean lines built on neutrally toned colors give this house a very nice, neat and welcoming look.
A hint of accent rarely goes wrong with the right color choices - this door works quite nicely off the subtle tones of the body and trim.
